Laurel Court Apartments is located at 3420 Jacobs Lane in Eugene, and Laurel Grove Apartments is located at 1880 Cleveland Street in Eugene. The apartments offer safe and affordable, quality housing to adults with severe mental illnesses. These independent living complexes offer one-bedroom apartments with subsidized rent, and are funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). They are operated with the supported housing philosophy that most people can live independently if they have the opportunity to develop the skills and supports they need. Outreach counselors are available to provide on-site, community-based skills training to increase a tenant's ability to live successfully and independently.
Note: No applications for Laurel Court and Laurel Grove apartments are being accepted currently because the waiting list is closed. The re-opening of the waiting list is announced in advance, and is typically for one month during November or December. (When the waiting list is re-opened, you may download the eligibility requirements, tenant selection plan, application and HUD's definition of substandard housing, and submit your completed application to Laurel Hill Center Apartment Selection Committee, 2145 Centennial Plaza, Eugene, OR 97401.
