Laurel Hill Center owns and operates affordable housing that accommodates up to 52 people in the community:

• Laurel Court Apartments - 16 units with on-site manager in Eugene subsidized by HUD
• Laurel Grove Apartments - 15 units with on-site manager in Eugene subsidized by HUD
• F Street Duplexes - 4 Springfield duplexes for people with dual recovery goals
• A Street Apartments - 12 Springfield units with on-site manager for people with dual recovery goals
