Once a person obtains a job, Employment Specialists provide ongoing support to help each person succeed. The level of support provided is individualized ranging from negotiating with employers for needed job accommodations to monthly one-on-one meetings away from the worksite. The goal is to help each worker develop the skills and natural supports for continued success. Staff offer assistance with:

- Responding to feedback
- Problem solving
- Understanding job expectations
- Getting along with co-workers
- Handling stress
- Coping strategies for symptoms
- Job advancement
