Laurel Court is located in a vital and diverse residential neighborhood known as "Jacobs Lane," a housing community for families, seniors, singles, and people with disabilities.
Jacobs Lane includes a park/commons with a larger community building, which provides a focus for neighborhood activities; community gardens; and a small coffee shop/deli, which serves as a neighborhood gathering place.
The Laurel Court Apartments are located at 3420, 3422 and 3424 Jacobs Lane, off Jacobs Drive in Northwest Eugene. The site is north of Fairfield Avenue and west of Highway 99, near the Gilbert Shopping Center.
Note: No applications for Laurel Court and Laurel Grove apartments are being accepted currently because the waiting list is closed. The re-opening of the waiting list is announced in advance, and is typically for one month during November or December.
