More than 500 adults each year participate in Laurel Hill Center's services. Individuals request our services or may be referred by other community agencies, physicians, state and local psychiatric hospitals, psychologists, counselors or friends and relatives. Most people served by Laurel Hill Center are enrolled with the Oregon Health Plan.
Each of Laurel Hill Center's interdisciplinary teams includes outreach counselors, employment specialists, and outreach peer counselors who provide support and skills training to assist people with their daily lives. The three teams are supported by the Director of Rehabilitation Services, a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Pathways Learning Center and Pathways Wellness Center.
