Optical Lab - Since 1992, SWEEP Optical has provided timely and valuable service to government contracts in Oregon, and since 1996, to Idaho. In 2004, we expanded to offer our full-service lab processes to wholesale customers: glass, CR-39, polycarbonate and a full range of index glasses. All work is done in-house except for some coating treatments, which are outsourced. SWEEP Optical's quality control measures ensure our products meet or exceed American National Standard Institute guidelines - ANSI Z80-1-2005.
Customer Service - Our enthusiastic and courteous Customer Service representatives verify patient eligibility and prescription history. Our customers praise SWEEP Optical's customer service reps - “It's great to hear a friendly voice and get helpful and accurate information.”
Sales Team - Our sales representatives provide personalized assistance to SWEEP Optical wholesale customers. They are dedicated to helping providers select high quality frames and lenses at an excellent value.

SWEEP Optical's departments - lab, customer service, stockroom, packing and shipping, and Optical Shop - employ about 35 people who work together to produce and ship approximately 57,000 prescription eyeglasses per year.
